I just wanted to let you know that your little town is not really that friendly. I was hoping that since you are a tourist town, you would be friendlier. My husband went into the pack and mail place to ask if they had the ability to receive packages. They told him "no, because we just don't have the room". Wade observed that there was lots of open space and suggested that they could charge for that service and make some money. The person at the desk gave a grumpy "no". Wade said that he would not every be using the pack and mail store's services due to poor attitude. The person said "we really don't care if you ever use our service'.
In addition, charging 30% more for everything (including groceries) is crazy. This may be a tourist town but there are also has lots of permanent residents, most of whom make minimum wage (maybe that is why the pack and mail guy was grumpy).
Today, we went tried to go to the bank and the post office but both close at 4pm......4PM!!! Who does that?
